Suk Jai Thai Massage is a relatively new, family run business located inside Shops on Steeles. Being right off the 404 exit, location wise is quite convenient. I had booked a 1 hr traditional thai massage with Benci. This was my first thai massage so I did not know what to expect. Benci's daughter New was extremely friendly and accommodating as she was working front desk and addressed all my questions and concerns. On to the massage, I was led toward a room, changed into the clothes they provided, and was lying facedown. Benci introduced herself shortly after and started to get to work. As a gym-goer, there's no shortage of muscle tightness. That said, Benci did an amazing job at getting all my knots - from my calves, to lower back, to my traps. She used a combination of her knees, elbow, hands, and eventually got involved herself as she performed a variety of stretching movements. Everything was done in a safe, professional manner, so there was no pain, and she will also check in and ask if everything felt alright. Post massage, I was offered a 10% discount for being a first time customer, and offered a cup of tea. These little gestures are what makes a difference and goes a long way. Overall, I had a great first thai massage and will certainly be back. Give them a try!

In short: Staff A+, Massage technique A++ (always aware to make sure the right pressure is applied), personal feeling after A++ (I can lift my shoulder again without pain and my lower back is reduced to a minimum of pain). I stopped by the mall to grab some groceries and happened to notice this Thai massage place. On a whim, I decided to give it a try, and I’m so glad I did! Nine, the therapist, was absolutely amazing. It was a proper Thai massage with lots of stretching and deep tissue work, exactly what I needed. She even walked on my back, and it was incredible—I could feel the tension melting away. Nine really knew what she was doing, and her technique was spot on. I left feeling so much lighter, more relaxed, and with way less stiffness in my body. If you’re ever at the mall and looking for a great massage, I’d highly recommend stopping by and asking for Nine but it is a family business so I imagine all of the ladies are wonderful. I’ll definitely be coming back for more!

My wife and I had the most wonderful 1 hour massage at this Suk Jai Thai massage place. My wife took massage with Benci and her daughter Nui massaged me. I feel absolutely on top of the world. All my aches pains and stress has just melted away. My back pain which troubles me a lot has gone. It's been more than 12 hours I am out of back pain. The pain may come back till then the relief is pure joy. Nui really knew what she was doing. I was in paradise and wish I could lay there forever with her sweet hands massaging my body. This place is by far the best Thai massage you can receive gosh after a few treatments it has relieved me with my chronic shoulder pain from office work , you really feel like a new person after having their treatments, all their therapists are very good especially Benci ❤️ and great location as well !
